THE WATCHFUL SHEPHERD The Watchful Shepherd will provide them with a wrist band that can activate an electronic device that is installed in their home. This in turn activates a computer monitoring system at a local hospital emergency room on a 24 hour a day basis. Child under immediate threat or fear of abuse activates alarm.

National Mental Health Information
This link provides information where you can get counseling for your child. After seeing your child a couple of times, they can then refer him or her for wraparound care (in -home counseling). This is a must for any child that has been or is being sexually abused. This is also the best protection I have found to keep the pedofile dad away.
- Since no pedofile wants to risk being supervised. Both parents have to sign to agree to this service. If the father refuses to sign, it doesn't look good on him. If he signs and doesn't visit while the in home counselors are involved, it doesn't look good on him. If he demands to have his visits without allowing the counselors along, it doesn't look good on him. If he would allow them to go along on his visits, he would risk being exposed for the pedofile that he is. Contact your local mental health service to see about getting the in home couseling. This is the best solution I've found to keep their dad away.
